Producer Mezcal was born from a road trip through Oaxaca and the friendships formed along the way. Friends from both sides of the border traveled the region, fell in love with the land and its culture, and came home with a mission: craft the world's best-tasting small batch mezcal — refined, approachable, and super smooth. That vision came to life in La Noria, Sección 13, where maestro mezcalero Juan Pacheco grows and harvests agave by hand with his family. From a three-day roast in an earthen horno to stone tahona crushing, open-air fermentation in wooden tanks, and small-batch copper pot distillation — every step is done the way it's meant to be.
