Gelston's Irish Whiskey Cocktails

Feeling Peach

2 oz Gelston's Blended Irish Whiskey

1 teaspoon Peach Jam
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with Lazzaroni cherry.

Irish Mule

2 oz Whitley Neill Cucumber Aloe Gin

1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

.5 oz Simple Syrup (1:1)

1 Lemon Round or Mint for garnish

2 Cucumber Strips for garnish

Source Club Soda

Shake all ingredients (except club soda) with ice. Pour into a collins glass, top it off with ice and top off with club soda.
